This dude is really creepy. I think the reason he is so anti-psychiatry is because he probably couldn’t get into medical school. He is a whacko. And his campaign against ECT is ludicrous. He never interviews the thousands of people who have been helped by ECT.
@shark6227 I was a victim too, and so is everyone around him. Thank you for brining to my attention, though I did not intend to direct my comment to the Dr., just that it sparked something from my memory which I just wrote about.
“It’s not the ones we know of, which are in control of us; it’s the ones we should be concerned about, which are in control, that we don’t know about”.
@shark6227
“I have never heard of a war created because of religion. For example, nobody has ever said, “Let’s have a war because they are Muslim.”
Have you never heard of the Crusades?
Thank you for this great video. Everything said in this video is true psychiatry/drugs = control, damage and death. Its really sad psychiatry has killed and damaeg millions of children Thank you for your vieos, Im glad there are people like you
You seem very compassionate, dr.
You catch flys buy using shit!
Bring your daughter to video again please thanks.
I’m curious as to how this person would deal with a child with anti-social personality disorder.
@MushroomedAnymore I have never heard of a war created because of religion. For example, nobody has ever said,”let’s have a war because they are Muslim.” Wars are murder for profit. In fact the biggest genocide was cause by the atheist Stalin. Stalin said “You know, they are fooling us, there is no God…all this talk about God is sheer nonsense” in E. Yaroslavsky, Landmarks in the Life of Stalin, Foreign Languages Publishing House, Moscow 1940
@cyberpsygen7 “Wide is the Gate and many may enter through it” “Choose the Narrow Path instead, and you will be saved”
God Bless…and keep it cool
@kroikye school couldn’t break me, the navy couldn’t break me, real life has yet to break me. the amount of hostility i have been building up from decades of a system trying to crush me are going to have disastrous repercussions if anything ever manages to.
If God were like him there’d be no holy wars between religions!
hiz nm iz BREEDing, he speak on CHILdn & PARent’n–
Proverbs 27:7 He who is full loathes honey, but to the hungry even what is bitter tastes sweet. Hunger is good. Pain is good. Want is good. Need is good. If we were not aware of any need, what would drive us to each other? What would drive us to God? A child should be made to want to be good. On the other hand, we should build the child’s character on a solid foundation of love, happiness, success, and good self-esteem. A normal parent knows what a child needs.

@KezoZydis Normal parents are empathic to the needs of their children. There are no defined limits as to how much we should punish our children because every child is different. Erich Fromm has proven that reward and punishment doesn’t always determine behavior because there are other factors involved, like emotion and personality. No, we should not use drugs because I believe that it is excessive and too many children would be psychologically hurt.
@shark6227 So the answer is a no?
@KezoZydis Maybe we should use shock collars or gag them in locked padded cells Sir, clearly we don’t do these things for good reason. I like to think my children will love me.
@TheDefendingIrish In the twentieth century alone, over 150 million people were killed by the state. Perhaps you can draw him some slack? He is also a victim.
“It is universally known, and we take it as a matter of course, that a person who is tormented by organic pain and discomfort gives up his interest in the things of the external world, in that they do not concern his suffering. Closer observation teaches us that he also withdraws his love of others.” Freud
Are parents who use psychiatric drugs to control children for their own personal benefit guilty of abuse?
I have a friend from High School who went to prison. I thought he changed his behavior when he got out but prison just taught him more skills, and how to lie better. So, needless to say, he’s not my friend anymore, since I could see he would instigate and control people, places and things. I think he is a danger to society. So this is what happens when you control your child the wrong way when they are raised.
A child should be told why he is being corrected. If he has proper understanding, then he will come to appreciate the correction. If the parenting is not abusive, where the child is loved, then there will be little need for correction usually. Sometimes a child needs to be spanked so he develops a stronger conscience. Spanking is abuse without love and understanding, and where there is no observable improvement, and where the frequency doesn’t decline. IMHO
A child must learn self control or experience failure and suffering. He must learn about authority and about the object of control, father and patriarchy. The normal child learns that he appreciates authority. In other words, he learns morality. A father should punish a child who defies laws that are against moral laws that protect and nourish life. A child should appreciate correction. A child who is not corrected will fail to mature, and this is therefore a form of abuse.
This presentation is a textbook case of the logical fallacy of equivocation. The word “Control” is defined three different ways, and then abstracted as equivalent under the umbrella of “human nature”. The presenter defines control as operating something (daughter and the car), attempting to control nature (through science), and finally, controlling people. Somehow these all get mashed together as equivalent, and hence proof that to “Control” is human nature. Awful.
@jrgenkratz Public schools in North America are funded by tax $ to try to prepare your kid(s) for society and teach them the basics, reading, writing, math. You have the option as a parent to home school your kids, and a kid has the option to quit. Or, they have the option to “not pay attention”, which is a bad idea all the way around. The schools are not about controlling and indoctrinating the people. Thier purpose is to TRY and produce productive members of society, even if they fail.
