Yummy! You know how to cook a good steak. Have you considered washing it down with some Citrus Tea Punch?
@gardini100 How cooked would that be? Medium? Medium rare?
Hey all, I am a cook and I created my own cooking show here on youtube to share my passion. I would love it if I could get some support from you and ask you to check out my videos. Soon, I will be putting up a video of a dish from my native country Cameroon (W. Africa) that I think all will find pleasing. Please give it a look, and if not please thumbsup this comment so maybe someone else will. One click can push me closer to my dream….
@gardini100 Thanks for the tip!
i have a bulletproof way to make a good sirlion or filet …works best if it is a 3cm tick or more ….fry it in the pan to get the crust …set the oven on 180 degree celsius baked it 5 mins ..take it out let it rest for 5 ..then in again for 5 mins ..out and rest for 5 mins …it alwas turns out perfect
i would do time for a steak like that now!!!!!!!!!
@okcguy1 You only supposed to let it rest for only about 3 minutes, if you cooked it properly your steak should be coming out real nice and hot, so it won’t get cold in just 3 minutes. If it might, then cover it up with some plastic wrap or tin foil to keep heat in. Letting it rest is very very important.

I find that it works well for most cuts of meat.
I have to try this!!!!
When you cook a steak,All good chefs say to let it “rest” How do you do this and avoid reheating and makking it tough ?
